Precision metal seals for the connections that can't leak
KinetiSeal manufactures AS5202 metal K-port seals built to the tolerances that launch vehicles, satellites, and industrial hardware depend on for cryogenic and high-temperature applications.
SIMULATION CAPABILITIES
Application-specific seal simulation
Our finite element simulation tool models a K-port seal installed in an AS5202 port under your actual operating conditions, so you can see how a seal is expected to perform before it is manufactured. Using a proprietary material model, the tool predicts the following for any combination of application conditions:
- Contact loads at the primary and secondary sealing surfaces
- Pc/Pf ratios (contact pressure to system pressure)
- Burst pressures for the seal and port assembly
- Thermal cycling effects for cryogenic and high temperatures
Send us your dash size, hardware material(s), installation torque, temperature/pressure range, and cycling conditions, and our engineering team will run a simulation for your application.
Simulation requests are a complimentary service. Results are engineering estimates provided to support design review and are not a performance guarantee.

KinetiSeal Technologies (“KinetiSeal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through kinetiseal.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide directly. When you create a Instant Quote account, submit the Contact form, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect information such as your first and last name, email address, company name, job title, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message or inquiry, including any technical requirements, dash sizes, materials, platings, or quantities you describe.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, when you visit the Site we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring/exit pages, and general usage data (such as pages viewed and time spent on the Site), typically through cookies, log files, and similar technologies.
Information we do not collect. The Instant Quote provides budgetary estimates only; we do not process payments or collect payment card information through the Site.
2. How we use your information
- To evaluate, approve, deny, or revoke Instant Quote account access;
- To generate budgetary quotes and respond to configuration or pricing inquiries;

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or behavioral-marketing purposes.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses a limited number of cookies and similar local-storage technologies that are reasonably necessary to keep you signed in, remember your Instant Quote selections during a session, and understand basic aggregate usage of the Site. 6. Technical information
Dimensional data, material properties, temperature and pressure ratings, and other technical information on the Site are provided for general reference and preliminary evaluation purposes only. This information does not replace drawing-controlled dimensional data, material certifications, first-article inspection reports, or other quality documentation associated with a specific purchase order, and should not be relied upon for final design, qualification, or production decisions without independent verification through your KinetiSeal representative.
7. Export control and compliance
KinetiSeal manufactures hardware for use in aerospace, defense, and other regulated applications. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM KINETISEAL ARE GOVERNED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE WARRANTY TERMS, IF ANY, SET FORTH IN THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE ORDER OR SALES AGREEMENT.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS LIABILITY ARISING UNDER A SEPARATELY EXECUTED PURCHASE ORDER OR SALES AGREEMENT, WHICH IS GOVERNED BY ITS OWN TERMS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KinetiSeal and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law, including export-control laws.

If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice, such as a banner on the Site.
14. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KinetiSeal regarding use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements regarding the Site (but do not supersede or modify the terms of any separately executed purchase order or sales agreement).
